Oracle’s Demonstration Services organization is seeking a highly skilled and creative Demonstration Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Execution, Costing, and Quality. This role is focused on designing and delivering high-impact, real-world demonstration scenarios in the form of Oracle Modern Best Practices (OMBP) that span discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, flow manufacturing, contract manufacturing, outside processing, and project-based manufacturing.
These demonstrations are a critical component of Oracle’s global sales strategy, enabling prospects to clearly understand the business value and differentiation of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing solutions.
As a key contributor to Demo Content Engineering, you will collaborate closely with product management, development, solution engineering, and sales teams to build compelling, technically accurate, and user-centric demo flows. Your work will directly influence how Oracle showcases its cloud manufacturing capabilities to customers worldwide.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
• Hands-on experience, including implementation, with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing applications.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, especially as they relate to manufacturing, costing and quality control.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems in complex system environments.
• High attention to detail, particularly in technical design and user experience.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and goal-setting skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong research skills to identify innovative solutions and new capabilities.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries in a remote team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Oracle Financials Cloud, Supply Chain Planning Artificial Intelligence (AI) and their integration with manufacturing operations.
• Experience building or managing demo environments for enterprise applications.
• A passion for storytelling through demos that illustrate real-world business value.
• Knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA, Slack, etc.
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications
• B.S. in Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience working hands on in a supply chain management role and/or experience implementing supply chain and logistics systems.

- Design, configure, and maintain end-to-end demo content for Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Execution, Costing, and Quality, including flow manufacturing, contract manufacturing, outside processing, and project-based manufacturing.
- Perform hands-on functional configuration and implementation-style setup to support realistic manufacturing and supply chain scenarios.
- Develop demonstration flows that reflect real-world customer implementations, including appropriate master data, transactions, and process dependencies.
- Partner with product management, development, solution engineering, and sales to understand functional use cases and ensure demos align with product capabilities and roadmap direction.
- Translate complex functional setups and manufacturing processes into clear, structured demo flows that can be easily followed and reused by others.
- Ensure demo content meets high standards for functional accuracy, technical correctness, and usability, consistent with Oracle Modern Best Practices.
- Troubleshoot functional, data, and process issues within demo environments and resolve configuration gaps efficiently.
- Manage multiple demo initiatives in parallel within a globally distributed, virtual team.
- Support Oracle Sales and Solution Engineering teams by providing well-structured demo flows and guidance that enable confident customer engagements.
- Partner with the team to deliver live Zoom enablement sessions for the global Solution Engineering community, demonstrating functional flows, configuration choices, and real-world manufacturing scenarios.
