Preferred Qualifications
- Available to work in 24X7 capability in rotational shifts
- Strong Performance tuning skills – Query level tuning / DB tuning / Memory level tuning
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Database, Goldengate, Exadata, Oracle RAC, Oracle ASM, Data guard, Backup & Recovery etc.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(or other cloud solution), networking and loadbalancers is a bonus
- Strong DBA skills and relevant working experience with Oracle Database 11g, 12c,19c and 23ai.
- Knowledge of AI/ML
- Experience implementing high availability features of Oracle Database.
- Experience in Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 11g/12c/13c
- Knowledge on Security viz. AVDF, DB Vault, Datasafe, Oracle Key Vault, e-Wallet, TDE would be added advantage.
- Expertise level in troubleshooting technical issue.
- Good understanding of support processes.
- Ability to manage escalated technical situations & develop action plans.
- Ability to spot proactive services that benefit customer.
- Ability to facilitate issues with Development and Support.
- Strong analytical skills
- Should be well versed with Shell Scripting/Python
- 5-10 years of experience with Oracle Database as an DBA/Apps DBA/Consultant/Support Engineer.
- BE/BTech and/or MS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
- Oracle OCI/OCP DBA certification - Preferred.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will interface with the customer's IT staff on a regular basis. Responsible for the operation of production environments, including systems and databases, supporting critical business operations. Will perform administration and analysis for multiple production environments and recommend new and novel solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability. This is an opportunity to bring a combination of deep technical knowledge with administration/analysis knowledge of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure to provide escalation support to a wide range of complex production environment problems related to immense growth, scaling, leveraging the cloud, extremely high performance, and high availability requirements.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will interface with the customer's IT staff on a regular basis. Either at the client's site or from a remote location, you will be responsible for resolution of moderately complex technical problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use and repair/workarounds for Oracle products. You should be highly experienced in some Oracle products and several platforms that are being supported. You will be expected to work with only general guidance from management while advising management on progress/status.
