Oracle's Demonstration Services organization is seeking a highly skilled and creative Demonstration Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle Knowledge Management, Case Management, and Internal Help Desk (IHD) across multiple industries, including High Tech, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Financial Services. This role is focused on designing and delivering high-impact, real-world demonstration scenarios in the form of Oracle Modern Best Practices (OMBP) that span employee service, knowledge delivery, and intelligent case resolution.

These demonstrations are a critical component of Oracle's global sales strategy, enabling prospects to clearly understand the business value, differentiation, and innovation of Oracle's service and knowledge solutions, including AI Agent design and implementation tailored to industry-specific service needs.

As a key contributor to Demo Content Engineering, you will collaborate closely with product management, development, solution engineering, and sales teams to build compelling, technically accurate, and user-centric demo flows. Your work will directly influence how Oracle showcases its intelligent service and AI-powered capabilities to customers worldwide.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Hands-on experience, including implementation, with Oracle Knowledge Management, Case Management, Internal Help Desk, or Service applications.
  • Strong understanding of employee and customer service operations, agent workflows, and case management best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems in complex system environments.
  • Ability to translate complex functional setups into clear, intuitive demo narratives.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in functional design and user experience.
  • Ability to use reporting tools and dashboards to extract actionable insights and communicate service performance trends.
  • Understanding of industry-specific service needs (e.g., High Tech, Public Sector, Healthcare, Financial Services).
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and goal-setting skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Strong research skills to identify innovative service and AI use cases.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries in a remote team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or managing demo environments for enterprise service or experience platforms.
  • Experience implementing or demoing AI-driven service capabilities such as intelligent routing, automation, or agent assist.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and modern web technologies.
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • A passion for storytelling through demos that illustrate real-world business value.
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA, Slack, etc.

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications

  • B.S. in Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience working hands-on in-service delivery, support operations, or implementing enterprise service systems.

  • Design, configure, and maintain end-to-end demo content for Oracle Knowledge Management, Case Management, and Internal Help Desk solutions.
  • Perform hands-on functional configuration and implementation-style setup to support realistic employee and customer service scenarios.
  • Develop demonstration flows that reflect real-world customer implementations, including knowledge authoring, case lifecycles, SLAs, and escalation models.
  • Design and implement AI Agents that showcase conversational service, guided resolution, intelligent knowledge delivery, and agent augmentation.
  • Build integrated demo scenarios connecting IHD, Knowledge Management, and Case Management with Oracle Cloud applications to simulate end-to-end service journeys.
  • Translate Oracle Modern Best Practices into clear, structured demo flows that can be easily followed and reused by others.
  • Partner with product management, development, solution engineering, and sales to understand functional use cases and align demos with product roadmap direction.
  • Ensure demo content meets high standards for functional accuracy, technical correctness, and usability.
  • Troubleshoot functional, data, and process issues within demo environments and resolve configuration gaps efficiently.
  • Manage multiple demo initiatives in parallel within a globally distributed, virtual team.
  • Support Oracle Sales and Solution Engineering teams by providing well-structured demo flows and enablement sessions.
