We are seeking a leader to drive the AI initiatives for the Fusion ERP pillar within our Customer Success Services (CSS) organization. This high-impact role will also provide strategic leadership to our JAPAC region, ensuring the growth, satisfaction, and long-term success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving AI Innovation for CSS

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive AI strategy for the Customer Success Services (CSS) organization.

Spearhead AI adoption across the ERP competency and related functions, aligning AI capabilities with customer needs and market demands.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and delivery, to accelerate the deployment of AI-driven solutions.

2. Strengthening JAPAC Customer Satisfaction

Deliver exceptional leadership and service excellence for our customers in the JAPAC region, ensuring seamless AI integration and value realization.

Build long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders, driving their transformation journey with innovative AI solutions.

3. Business Growth & Regional Development of JAPAC

Own the business growth strategy for the JAPAC region, driving expansion, revenue generation, and long-term customer retention.

Identify and leverage emerging trends to position Oracle as the AI leader in the Fusion ERP market across JAPAC.

4. Escalation Management & Resolution

Act as the escalation point for complex AI-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Proactively address customer challenges, driving solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This individual will be responsible for leading the AI initiative for the Fusion ERP pillar globally and providing strategic leadership in the JAPAC region, driving growth, efficiency, and building strong customer relationships

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, execution, and continuous evolution of AI strategies for the Fusion ERP pillar, tailored to CSS’s global and JAPAC business objectives.

- Champion the adoption and integration of AI solutions across ERP competency areas, aligning technology with evolving customer needs and market opportunities.

- Partner closely with cross-functional teams—product, engineering, delivery, sales—to accelerate and scale AI-driven transformation for customers.

- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in JAPAC, driving advocacy, innovation, and measurable value through AI enablement.

- Develop and implement business development strategies to support market expansion, revenue growth, and long-term customer success in the JAPAC region.

- Serve as the escalation authority for complex or critical AI-related challenges, ensuring proactive resolution and superior customer satisfaction.

- Mentor and grow high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional development.

- Build and sustain strategic partnerships, internally and externally, to further Oracle’s leadership in AI for ERP.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory:

- Minimum 20 years of leadership experience in technology, consulting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in regional/global leadership roles.

- Proven success in driving enterprise-scale AI initiatives from concept through execution, preferably within B2B cloud products or ERP solutions.

- Demonstrable experience leading teams of 50+ professionals, including cross-cultural and geographically dispersed teams.

- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven product development.

- Track record of building and scaling customer relationships at C-suite level, particularly in JAPAC markets.

- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have:

- Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.

- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP or comparable cloud ERP platforms.

- Prior experience in consulting, customer success, or professional services in the JAPAC region.

- Thought leadership contributions (public speaking, published articles, AI/ERP communities).
