Job Description

As a Program Manager, Data Center Infrastructure, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of large-scale data center development programs. Your work will be instrumental in driving consistent execution across projects by coordinating schedules, tracking financial and risk performance, and ensuring alignment with established program standards. Partnering closely with project delivery teams and stakeholders, you will help translate strategic objectives into disciplined, day-to-day execution that supports the organization’s broader development goals.

From a program execution perspective, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining standardized processes that promote predictability, efficiency, and transparency across the portfolio. You will engage with internal teams and external partners to support accurate reporting, timely issue identification, and effective escalation of risks or constraints that could impact cost, schedule, or quality. By applying strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and a continuous improvement mindset, you will help ensure data center projects are delivered reliably, efficiently, and in support of the organization’s long-term growth.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Project Review: Review and develop a strong understanding of complex data center development and construction projects delivered by colocation providers. Support project teams by assessing delivery risks and coordinating with stakeholders to address issues that could impact schedule, cost, or quality.

Program Standards Implementation: Support the implementation of standardized program management processes for schedule, financial, and risk management, ensuring consistent application across assigned projects and alignment with established program expectations.

Portfolio Reporting & Visibility: Maintain accurate, timely, and consistent program reporting, tracking performance against key schedule, cost, and risk indicators to support portfolio-level visibility and informed decision-making.

Schedule Management Support: Coordinate with project teams and colocation providers to support development, updates, and analysis of project schedules, highlighting impacts, trends, and potential risks to delivery milestones.

Risk Identification & Escalation: Support identification and documentation of project risks, gaps, and interdependencies. Proactively escalate issues and potential impacts to senior leadership to enable timely mitigation and decision-making.

Quality & Compliance Support: Assist in monitoring compliance with approved quality plans, design requirements, and regulatory standards, supporting issue resolution and closure of identified deficiencies.

Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with internal teams, colocation providers, and external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication, alignment, and coordination across project teams.

Site Engagement: Participate in periodic project site visits to support validation of schedule progress, coordination, and quality, and to assist in identifying potential risks or execution gaps.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities to strengthen program execution and reporting.

This is a senior, individual contributor role.

25% travel is required and at times it maybe more. Work from home/remote

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in large-scale program management and/or construction management roles supporting complex infrastructure projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting data center development, colocation, or mission-critical infrastructure programs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex delivery challenges and support effective issue resolution.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams, external partners, and service providers across multiple projects and regions.
