Job Description:
Oracle SaaS seeks a passionate and insightful AI Governance and Privacy Lead to help shape the responsible development and implementation of our AI and privacy initiatives. In this role, you will drive clear and consistent communication around governance processes, sales enablement, and customer engagement for our SaaS portfolio. You will work closely with SaaS service stakeholders to ensure use cases are responsible, privacy-centric, and compliant with our policies, while streamlining the process for gathering required evidence.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, and developers to integrate AI governance reviews with maximum efficiency into all stages of development and deployment.
  • Serve as a key partner to sales teams, enabling them with clear FAQs, robust customer assurances, and public-facing collateral that demonstrate the strength and of Oracle SaaS Cloud privacy and AI governance .
  • Streamline and continuously improve internal AI review processes, minimizing bottlenecks while upholding regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Develop and deliver training to SaaS service stakeholders on AI governance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and report on key metrics to track the adoption, effectiveness and efficiency of AI governance and privacy initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for a strategic individual with a strong background in governance and privacy who can also navigate complex regulatory landscapes and drive clarity across teams. To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Bachelor’s/master's degree in computer science, AI, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience implementing policy or data governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with AI regulations, data privacy, risk management, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
  • Experience developing sales and public-facing collateral for technical products is a plus.
  • Project management skills and the ability to track and report on key metrics.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $90,300 to $140,300 per annum.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
