As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

Payroll analyst primarily acts as liaison between Payroll Operations, Dayforce/third party provider and Customer Support department, Professional Services, Product Teams, as well as SuitePeople US payroll clients.

SuitePeople US Payroll is the first vertical in Oracle NetSuite Support which caters end to end payroll processes. Business activities from PS implementations, Customer Support, Client Relationship to Back office tax handling are centralized within the Support Department.

We are looking for a Payroll analyst who primarily acts as liaison between Payroll Operations, Dayforce/third party provider and Customer Support department, Professional Services, Product Teams, as well as SuitePeople US payroll clients. As part of the SuitePeople US Payroll team, the Payroll Analyst will perform a variety of technical & support functions, with emphasis on tax filings, payroll corrections, back-office tool-related inquiries by internal and external contacts, as well as reconciliation, process changes, and help desk and focal point for product and process expertise. You should be highly experienced in multiple platforms and be able to complete assigned duties with minimal direction from management. In this position, you will routinely act independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This is for a full-time role for our NetSuite Customer Support team in Manila supporting global clients. It requires you to work on nightshift / graveyard hours but should also be flexible to work on different shifts depending on the business need. Work set up is hybrid at least twice in a week in our Ayala, Makati office.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams
  • Work on tax and back-office tool-related inquiries by internal and external contacts
  • Create Knowledge Base solutions that are publish internally and externally
  • Conduct UATs and trainings related to new product releases
  • Assist internal and external contacts in Payroll Tax Reconciliation
  • Assist internal and external contacts in Payroll Set up and Requirements
  • Assist internal and external contacts in Payroll Adjustments in Closed and Open Quarters
  • File issues and enhancements as needed
  • Work directly with authorized payroll contacts when needed
  • Document processes and process changes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
  • FPC and CPP Certification is desired
  • CPA is a plus
  • 7+ years of previous payroll/accounting/audit experience required
  • Certified payroll experience a plus
  • Healthcare Benefit knowledge a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent proven Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
