We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Account Manager to lead Oracle’s business growth within our large enterprise customers. This role is for someone who thrives in building deep customer relationships, driving digital transformation, and selling both Oracle Cloud (PaaS & IaaS) and license solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Drive sales across Oracle Cloud Platform (PaaS & IaaS) and Database / Software License portfolios to large enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute a clear account strategy and business plan to achieve revenue goals and customer success.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers to position Oracle as a long-term technology partner.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity discovery, qualification, and proposal to negotiation and closure.
- Work closely with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, partners, and customer success) to deliver integrated solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Stay on top of industry trends, market shifts, and competition to identify new growth opportunities.
- Act as a strategic advisor to your customers, helping them modernize IT infrastructure and accelerate their move to the cloud.

What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in technology, software, or cloud solutions.
- Strong track record of closing complex deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven success in managing large enterprise accounts and multi-level stakeholder engagement.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Able to operate independently with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with the drive to help customers transform through Oracle’s solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred.
