We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager (IC3) to join NetSuite’s Product Growth team and help build and scale our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion. Our team is building in-product discovery experiences to surface the right features at the right time, driving module adoption and platform stickiness. You'll own the product strategy and roadmap for feature and module discovery across the NetSuite ERP, helping customers unlock value from capabilities they don't know exist.
As a Product Manager on the Product Growth team, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, UX, Analytics, and Sales to define and deliver discovery experiences that increase feature awareness, drive module adoption, and expand product utilization within our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
Feature Discovery Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for feature and module discovery across NetSuite ERP. Collaborate with Product Growth leadership and fellow PMs on team-wide PLG strategy while driving your discovery initiatives from concept to launch.
In-Product Discovery Experiences
Define and deliver in-product experiences that increase discovery of NetSuite features, modules, and solutions. Build recommendation engines, contextual feature prompts, discovery hubs, and search experiences that help users find relevant capabilities based on their role, usage patterns, and business needs. Partner with UX and Engineering to build intuitive, contextual, and data-informed user journeys.
Discovery Funnel Optimization
Analyze user behavior and product usage signals to identify opportunities to improve feature discovery. Optimize the discovery funnel from initial exposure through feature awareness, measuring metrics like impression rate, click-through, exploration depth, and handoff to activation. Translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
Cross-Product Alignment
Collaborate with Core Product and Platform teams to ensure discovery experiences are cohesive across NetSuite’s portfolio. Partner with domain-specific product teams to understand roadmaps and surface new capabilities to relevant users. Contribute to shared design patterns and platform capabilities that scale across products.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams to align in-product discovery initiatives with broader go-to-market and customer engagement strategies. Partner with Customer Success to understand feature adoption barriers and usage gaps that discovery experiences can address.
Metrics & Impact Measurement
Define and track success metrics for discovery initiatives, including feature exposure, click-through, engagement, and downstream adoption indicators. Use data to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions.
Backlog & Delivery Management
Own product backlog definition for assigned discovery initiatives. Write clear requirements, partner with Engineering to plan delivery, and ensure timely execution. Run agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retros) for your product area.
Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, growth platforms, or customer experience products.
- Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth principles and in-product engagement strategies.
- Experience designing in-product experiences such as feature discovery flows, contextual guidance, or notification frameworks.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics and interpreting usage analytics.
- Hands-on experience running Scrum processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate strategy into executable product plans.
- Experience with large-scale SaaS platforms or ERP products is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
