Technical Analyst (Workshop Platform Support)

We are seeking a Technical Analyst to join the Oracle LiveLabs team. This role is designed for individuals beginning their technical careers who are interested in cloud platforms, automation, and application support.
In this role, you will support workshop environments and platform components while learning how large-scale technical enablement systems are built and operated. You will work closely with experienced engineers and gain hands-on exposure to cloud infrastructure, automation tools, and Oracle technologies.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent academic or internship experience.
- 0–1 years of experience in a technical role, internship, or academic project.
- Basic familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language.
- Basic understanding of Linux or Unix environments.
- Exposure to cloud concepts through coursework, labs, or personal projects.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform (academic or personal use is sufficient).
- Familiarity with relational databases or SQL.
- Exposure to web applications or low-code platforms.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Interest in cloud platforms and technical enablement.
- Entry-level role with structured learning and mentorship.
- Hands-on exposure to real production systems and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, validation, and support of technical workshops on the Oracle LiveLabs platform.
- Support infrastructure and automation tasks under guidance, including provisioning and cleanup of workshop environments.
- Contribute to updates and minor enhancements to the LiveLabs application and supporting tools, following established patterns and instructions.
- Assist with basic database tasks, such as validating schemas, running scripts, and supporting workshop requirements.
- Perform routine checks and troubleshooting for workshop environments and report issues to senior engineers.
- Help review and update workshop documentation and instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to learn platform workflows, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in team discussions, training sessions, and code or configuration reviews.
