We are seeking an experienced Outbound Security Product Manager based in the UK to own cybersecurity framework mapping, internal standards ownership, and operational alignment across SaaS Cloud Security. This is a highly technical individual contributor role requiring deep expertise in security frameworks, strong documentation discipline, and cross functional influence, with no delivery ownership and no people management responsibility.
Experience
- 6 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, product management, security architecture, or security consulting roles.
- Demonstrated hands on experience with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST CSF, CSA CCM, CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Proven experience owning and maintaining security standards, control frameworks, or governance documentation in enterprise environments.
- Experience working cross functionally with operations, customer success, engineering, and security teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate framework and operational into structured product and operating model inputs.
Skills
- Demonstrated interest or experience in AI technologies, automation, or data driven systems, with a specific focus on contributing to AI security frameworks, control models, or governance standards.
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS security architecture including identity and access management, audit logging, encryption, data protection, and perimeter security controls.
- Strong ability to map technical controls to external frameworks and assurance expectations.
- Excellent written communication with strong standards authoring and documentation skills.
- Strong verbal communication and stakeholder facilitation capability.
- Ability to influence cross functional stakeholders without formal authority.

1. Customer Engagement and Assurance Support
The role supports a mix of commercial enterprise customers and select regulated or restricted customers across the UK and EU regions. Engagements include framework mapping discussions, assurance alignment, architecture reviews, and security posture conversations.
The role ensures that customer feedback continuously informs standards evolution and clarity, prioritization, and traceability of customer, framework, and operational requirements into product planning and roadmap execution.
2. Strategic Framework Ownership, Positioning, and Enablement
The role also evaluates and contributes to emerging AI security and governance frameworks, including how AI models, agents, and automated decision systems should be governed, assessed, and assured within SaaS environments. This ensures future readiness as AI enabled capabilities expand across the platform.
This role owns the interpretation, mapping, and application of external cybersecurity frameworks including NIST CSF, CSA CCM, CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&CK into SaaS Cloud Security controls, standards, and operating practices. The role ensures consistent translation of frameworks into internal guidance, customer assurance narratives, and enablement materials.
The role builds scalable assets including control mappings, reference architectures, standards documentation, playbooks, and executive materials to accelerate consistency and adoption across internal teams and customer engagements.
3. Governing Product and Roadmap Influence
This includes capturing emerging AI governance requirements, AI risk management expectations, and control gaps related to AI enabled services, ensuring that early regulatory and industry s are translated into structured inputs for roadmap planning and standards evolution.
The role governs structured capture of framework driven gaps, customer assurance feedback, operational friction points, and emerging industry expectations, translating them into high quality for inbound product management and engineering teams. While the role does not own delivery execution or backlog management, it ensures clarity, prioritization quality, and traceability across the outbound to inbound interface.
4. Cross Functional Alignment and Internal Standards Ownership
This position acts as a bridge across Product Management, Engineering, Compliance, Global Information Security, Customer Support Services (CSS), Customer Success Management (CSM), and Field teams. The role ensures consistent messaging, operational alignment, escalation handling, and assurance responses across SaaS Cloud Security.
The role owns the SaaS Cloud Security standards and is responsible for maintaining, evolving, and updating them in close collaboration with relevant Oracle organizations. This includes ownership of standards lifecycle management, versioning, quality, consistency, and adoption, while ensuring alignment with Oracle corporate security practices, enterprise governance models, and assurance expectations.
Quarterly engagement cadences are maintained with relevant pre and post sales teams to exchange operational insights, recurring customer patterns, control effectiveness observations, and prioritized improvement opportunities.
5. Innovation and Scalable Security Outcomes
A strong interest or experience in developing AI related security frameworks, control models, and assurance approaches is a significant asset for this role, enabling scalable governance of AI enabled services and improved automation of assurance and evidence generation.
The Outbound Security Product Manager drives scalable improvements in standards automation, evidence consistency, assurance efficiency, and framework mapping quality. Automation and data driven approaches are applied where they meaningfully improve repeatability, operational efficiency, and assurance confidence.
