About You: As a SaaS Human Capital Management Functional Implementation/Support Specialist on this team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will design, Configure and test specific Functional business needs, as well as assist in data migration and system integrations to ensure a seamless implementation. You will work as part of a team, creating comprehensive technical design documents, conducting unit testing, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders. You will also be involved assessing customer implementations and provide recommendations. If involved on support projects, you will be engaged in incident, Problem and release management of SaaS applications. Support projects will also involve Change management and Enhancement of application to meet business requirements.

Minimum Qualifications• BE, BTech, MCA, MBA in HR preferred, with 6+ years of relevant experience, including Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.• Completed at least 3 full project lifecycles of HCM modules implementation along with Production support experience.• Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 4 modules - Cloud HCM Modules like CoreHR, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Learning, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruiting, • Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/HDL,Extracts, Fast Formulas, BPM workflows.

Preferred Qualifications• Implementation experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules, working knowledge of SQL.

Position is for HCM Workforce Management Functional Senior Technical Analyst with implementation/Support background in Oracle HCM Cloud Applications. As an Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Management Functional specialist, you will be working both at offshore and onshore client engagements which involves Support/implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules Time and Labor, Absence Management, Payroll and Employee Health and Safety, Talent Management. You will be interacting with the customer to understand their business processes and map them to HCM Cloud Modules. You will be expected to Design,develop solution, assess and Support using Oracle HCM Cloud tools and technology to meet business requirement. Create comprehensive technical design document. Unit testing of the solution keeping end to end business flow in mind. Work as part of an existing team and communicate effectively with all the team member and business stake holders.
