We are looking for 7 to 10 years of automation experience with skills required: TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js and Selenium. Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Automation QA Engineers to join Oracle Design Engineering Team. We are looking for 7 to 10 years of automation experience with skills required: TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js and Selenium. We want people who have good analytical skills, work well in teams, think out of the box, flexible to adapt to new technologies and thrive in ambiguity, good culture-fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Automate with technologies (Selenium Webdriver, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js), solutions and processes to support scalable and repeatable practices.
  • Collaborate in all aspect of the automation development process from requirement gathering through shift left develop-and-test cycles.
  • Design web pages using these components, customize and validate if upgradable and extensible
  • Supports continuous improvement processes, analyzing problems and recommending actions for effective resolution.
  • Help coordinate technical leadership within Architecture, Development, QA, Operations and Release Management teams to enable effective automation.
  • Enforce software engineering standard processes and work with the Engineering Management team to forecast, plan and drive team efficiency.
  • Influences and nurtures innovation within engineering groups.
  • Mentor fellow Quality Engineers, evangelizing standard methodologies of automation and technical processes

Desired Qualifications:

  • 7 to 10 years’ experience in automation, and debugging web components, web applications using Selenium
  • Worked on Mocha, Chai frameworks - JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, with Selenium
  • Hands-on experience with test planning, script development and execution.
  • Exposure to SDLC practices of Scrum Agile.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent domain
  • Ability to adjust to competing priorities and allocate your time as necessary to get the job done
