What You'll Own

You won't just be contributing to product decisions here — you'll be driving them. As a Senior Product Manager on our NetSuite ERP Financials team, you'll own significant portions of our product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and business leadership to turn complex financial challenges into product solutions that are both ambitious and achievable.

You'll bring your deep understanding of ERP systems and accounting workflows to bear on some of the hardest problems in enterprise finance. You already know the domain — the nuances of financial reporting, the complexity of compliance, the ways businesses actually use these tools day to day. That experience is exactly what this role needs to move fast and build with confidence.

If your background includes solution consulting or professional services implementation, you bring something even more valuable to the table: you've seen these products in the wild. You know how customers actually configure, customize, and struggle with ERP systems in production environments. You understand the gap between how a product is designed and how it's actually used — and that insight is incredibly rare and incredibly powerful when it comes to building better software.

What We're Looking For

You have three to five years of product management experience specifically within ERP platforms, and a deep foundation in accounting domain knowledge. You don't just understand financial concepts — you understand how they translate into product requirements, technical trade-offs, and user experiences. You've navigated the full product lifecycle in enterprise software, from discovery through delivery, and you know how to balance speed with the rigor that financial products demand.

You're comfortable leading cross-functional conversations — not just participating in them. You can influence engineering priorities, align with business stakeholders, and communicate product strategy clearly up and down the organization. You have hands-on experience working within Agile frameworks and know how to keep complex product initiatives on track without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Candidates with a background in solution consulting or professional services — particularly those who have implemented or supported ERP platforms in client environments — are strongly encouraged to apply. That hands-on, customer-facing experience translates directly into sharper product instincts, and it's exactly the kind of perspective we value on this team.
