職務内容は、Alloyパートナーのアカウントマネージメント全般、AlloyサービスGA後のエンドユーザ様契約締結支援、Alloyパートナー様のAlloyのGTM計画支援や、Alloy上のソリューション開発支援などを通じて、Alloy上のWokloadの獲得＆拡大のための活動をしていきます。NRI、富士通様、NTT Data様は、Alloyサービスの提供を開始しておりますので、こちらに該当します。また、安定したサービス提供のために課題対応なども営業・OCI組織とともに行います。

まだGAを迎えていないパートナーについては、DC Buildやオペレーション＆サポートの設計を本社と進めていく活動の支援も行います。

＜Roles & Responsibility/ 個人に期待する役割やミッション＞
Alloyプロジェクトは、全社的な大きなプロジェクトとなり、活動は多岐に渡ります。
アカウントマネージメント・通常プリセールス活動、DC Build、Alloyパートナー様への特別仕様（カスタマイズ）定義と実装、サポート＆オペレーションの設計・実装などが主な活動となります。
ステークホルダーが多いため、ハイタッチの営業、パートナー担当営業・エンジニア、製品担当、OCI各種関連部門などを含めた情報連携・把握を密に、各プログラムを進めていく必要があります。通常のエンジニア業務はもちろんですが、ビジネスデベロップメントや、プログラムマネジメントに対しても柔軟に対応していくことが求められます。新たな挑戦を望む方には非常に向いているポジションとなります。
また、US本社とも連携していくことが求められますので、ある程度の語学力も必要となります。

1. IT製品のプリセールス経験があること
2. エンタープライズのお客様へのアカウント・マネージメントの経験があること
3. パブリッククラウドの構築・導入経験があること
4. プレゼンテーションスキル、担当領域の質疑応答ができること

1. Oracleデータベースの提案あるいは、設計・構築の経験
2. AWS、Azure、GCP 等のパブリッククラウドの構築・導入の経験
3. データセンター業務の経験

＜Language/語学力＞
英文のマニュアルを読み製品機能を理解できる、英語のメールやチャットでのコミュニケーションができる程度の語学力があることが望ましい。
