Job Description:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for a variety of cloud-native applications
- Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters (on-premise or managed services like EKS, AKS, GKE)
- Work closely with development teams to containerize applications using Docker and deploy them seamlessly
- Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform or Chef
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and deployments
- Implement and maintain system observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) for production systems
- Support development teams by improving deployment strategies, infrastructure resilience, and scalability
- Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices in cloud environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in dev, test, and production environments
- Provide Tier III and other support per service request
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, service discovery, Helm, etc.)
- Experience with cloud-native services (OCI/AWS/GCP/Azure – at least one required)
- Proficient in containerization using Docker
- Experience in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or Chef
- Understanding of Linux-based operating systems and shell scripting
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (OCI APM, Prometheus, New Relic, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.)
- Knowledge of system/network security and troubleshooting

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation of production environments, including systems and databases, supporting critical business operations
- Perform administration and analysis for multiple production environments and recommend new and novel solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability
- Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize all production environment and software
- Provide escalated technical support for complex technical issues which may include leading problem management cases
- Responsible for Oracle production environments; assist with server operating system and application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching; and work on standardization projects for both hardware and software under the Oracle technology stack while providing consistent system uptime as expected in a Cloud environment
- Provide on-call support, on a rotating basis
