An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
Qualifications:
- 17-20 years of experience relevant to this position in ERP, SCM application implementations, preferably in Oracle Ecosystem
- At least 5 years in managing end to end implementation projects including customer facing roles, including two complex projects (By size, technology, requirements etc)
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Good experience in managing project across all phases inception to closure
- Experience talking to customer key users, senior executives, appreciating business needs and nuances, project situations. Ability to balance conflicting needs and drive the project successfully forward.
- Experience managing and exposure to customer C level executives
- Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
- Ability to travel as needed
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated, excellent work ethic, goal oriented and strong team player

The Applications Consulting practice of Oracle CSC is looking to further strengthen its Cloud transformation journey by adding a strong project manager to the team. This multi-faceted role involves managing applications implementation projects for Oracle Cloud SCM, contribution to bids and proposals and contribution to practice development The KPIs would broadly cover project success, individual utilisation, contribution to order booking and contribution to practice development The ideal candidate would have at least 17-20 years of work experience in the IT industry with a good experience and exposure to delivery of IT services. We look for an BE/MBA/MCA/CA who is passionate about delivery of IT services and looks to work with customers in challenging yet exciting and dynamic transformation projects. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a highly motivated and self-driven individual, who pursues excellence.
