This role provides onsite technical leadership and operational ownership for Oracle-owned data center infrastructure, with primary responsibility for L2A cooling systems and supporting electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
This is a hands-on facility engineering role focused on reliability, vendor management, maintenance strategy, and operational program development in a mission-critical environment.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as onsite SME for L2A cooling systems and supporting electrical/mechanical infrastructure
- Own day-to-day operation and troubleshooting of Oracle-owned facilities equipment
- Lead vendor sourcing, onboarding, contract management, and SLA performance
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance and change management programs
- Build and maintain PM schedules, runbooks, and operating procedures (normal and emergency)
- Manage CMMS records, asset lifecycle, warranties, and spare parts programs
- Perform and oversee PM and corrective maintenance activities
- Conduct coolant/glycol testing and quality control programs
- Coordinate with colocation providers and Oracle change control processes
- Review design specifications, SOWs, and construction turnover packages
- Provide technical support to Data Center Operations and cross-functional teams
- Develop site safety and operational process documentation
- Support maintenance budgeting and escalation planning
Required Qualifications
- Experience in data center facilities engineering or critical infrastructure operations
- Technical expertise in one or more: liquid cooling/CDUs, mechanical cooling, electrical distribution
- Experience with CMMS, PM programs, and change management processes
- Demonstrated vendor and contractor management experience
- Working knowledge of data center electrical and mechanical systems, containment, and cooling architectures
- Ability to develop technical procedures and operational documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with liquid or hybrid cooling deployments
- Large-scale or hyperscale data center experience
- Mechanical or Electrical engineering background or equivalent field experience
- Experience supporting new site build or first-generation deployments
