We are Compensation team, inside Finance department, of Oracle. We have an unique role for our internal customer in definition of targets and measuring their results.

The person has to have an analytic profile for solutions that impact daily our internal customers. All of this, inside of dynamic work department, with no fixed routine and focus in building a trustable relationship between all involved parts.

Responsibilities

- Check defined annual results attainments of employees. Commission/Bonus payments are done based on these results.

- Analyze position changes, promotions, transfers and other types of personnel movement observing rules and internal policy

- Act directly with other departments, not only in Brazil but also abroad, as Operations, Finance and Human Resources

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual international controls and reports of the area

- Define annual targets/quotas for 2,900 employees based on Oracle Budget and other KPIs

Required skills

- Graduation in Finance, Business Administration or similar

- Experience in similar companies

- Advanced Excel

- Advanced English

- Intermediate Spanish

As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes. May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed. You may participate in cross functional programs and projects.
