The Team
Data analytics team is part of North America (NA) Operations Organization supporting over 10K employees. We are responsible delivering actionable insights that allow us to drive continuous improvement, while managing and optimizing performance through focus on accountability. We focus on delivering analytics through advanced automation and analytical consistency, enabling data-driven decisions and cross-pillar alignment.
The Role
As a Data Analyst Intern, you will support the development and delivery of programs that drive operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance throughout the organization. This internship offers the opportunity to directly contribute to financial and strategic business objectives by optimizing business practices, supporting process improvements, and ensuring adherence to internal standards. You will play an integral role in communicating and training others on best practices, helping to foster a culture of process excellence and compliance.

Qualifications & Characteristics:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Familiarity with Oracle technologies, solutions, or services is a plus.

Interest in or exposure to machine learning technologies and Generative AI tools.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to collect, organize, and present data using spreadsheets and visualization tools.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $18.17 to $34.62 per hour; from: $37,800 to $72,000 per annum.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teams across Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.

Collect, input, and verify data to support measurement and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) against business objectives.

Assist in preparing management updates on budget performance, highlighting deviations and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Support the assessment of economic impact and compliance concerns related to key business decisions.

Help communicate Oracle Business Practices and monitor processes for compliance and proper approvals.

Contribute to the implementation of new processes and procedures as needed.
