Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Multicloud and technical knowledge in Oracle technologies. Providing expert guidance and assistance either as required or as part of longer-term engagements with crucial customers and support others in doing the same. Build up strong relationships with Offshore team, Product Management and Sales Strategy to bring in knowledge and value through the customer.

To lead/chair customers meetings where technical input is required for Cloud Center of Excellence, escalated issues or where technical direction is needed for key decisions.

The Technical Architect can expect to deliver designs and other documentation for customer deployments of Oracle technology solutions, either in whole within their technology specialism or as part of an overall solution design, thus contributing to customer projects at all stages.

Takes ownership and availability to resolve very complex or critical customer situations in a way that improves Oracle services.
