Systems Analyst 3-Support

We are seeking a skilled and experienced WebLogic Administrator to manage, configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle WebLogic Server environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance tuning, security hardening, and smooth deployment of enterprise Java applications in production and non-production environments.
The role also requires hands-on experience or working knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite and Identity & Access Management (IDAM) products, supporting enterprise middleware and security platforms.
Key Responsibilities -
Available to work in 24X7 capability
Install, configure, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server (11g/12c/14c)
Deploy EAR/WAR/JAR files across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
Manage domains, clusters, managed servers, and Node Manager
Configure JDBC, JMS, data sources, connection pools, and security realms
Perform WebLogic patching, upgrades, and migration activities
Troubleshoot deployment failures and configuration issues
Monitor server health, JVM tuning, thread dumps, heap analysis
Perform performance tuning and capacity planning
Analyze logs and resolve performance bottlenecks
Configure clustering, load balancing, failover mechanisms (HA & DR)
Support DR setup and DR drills
Configure SSL, certificates & implement weblogic security best practices
Manage users, roles, and authentication providers (LDAP/AD)
Experience on supporting Oracle Identity Management stack (OAM, OIM, OID, OAuth) will be given preference
Working knowledge on Administering Oracle SOA suite (SOA & OSB) will be beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
Ability to facilitate issues with Development and Support.
Strong analytical skills.
Some travel may be required.

As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. As a Systems Engineer, you will talk to the customer's IT staff on a periodic basis. Either at the client's site or from a remote location, you will be responsible for resolution of moderately sophisticated technical problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use and repair/workarounds for Oracle products. You will be encouraged to work with only general mentorship from senior engineers and management and, in some areas may work independently.
Career Level - IC3
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will interface with the customer's IT staff on a regular basis. Either at the client's site or from a remote location, you will be responsible for resolution of moderately complex technical problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use and repair/workarounds for Oracle products. You should be highly experienced in some Oracle products and several platforms that are being supported. You will be expected to work with only general guidance from management while advising management on progress/status.
