Responsibilities include supporting Customer Success Services (CSS) customers, Paas4SaaS implementations and building critical business process improvement, monitoring, support, and regression testing of the end-to-end customer Paas4SaaS cloud deployments.

Will accelerate consumption in high potential customer accounts by providing deep technical expertise. Will assist in deployment of projects, run, and maintain of cloud deployments, creation, and delivery of technical content, with a dedicated focus on Oracle SaaS & PaaS cloud services. Will assist engineering efforts for building tools including feature evaluation, feature selection, automation of tasks, visualization, monitoring and integration.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in development, support, integration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of expertise in delivering integration, OIC or API-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience leading multiple full lifecycle projects using OIC and API products.
• In-depth knowledge of integrating SaaS applications and on-premises software.
• Proficiency in web services, XML technologies, SOA, and RESTful services.
• Proven ability to architect and design solutions for enterprise-scale clients.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps tools, automation frameworks, and end-to-end delivery of integration solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Processes Automation, Integration, Extensions, VBCS
• Knowledge of Industries
