On the team we develop, deploy, and support the Oracle Analytics platform helping our
customers succeed in their journey to drive business value. You will be working with experts in
their field, exploring the latest technologies, you will be challenged while creating features that
will be delivered to our customers, asked to be creative, and hopefully have some fun along the
way. Members of our team are tasked to take on challenges along all aspect of our product.

We are looking for someone who is a low-level expert in understanding the fundamentals of browser
internal implementations and is an expert in knowing how to optimize JavaScript and DOM creation to
achieve the best user experience. Responsibilities will include understanding JavaScript memory
architectures across all modern browsers including both desktop and mobile, optimizing JavaScript
memory usage and minimizing garbage collection, optimizing DOM creation to minimize the work the
browser needs to do internally, and using that knowledge to drive fundamental change in how other
developers build the front end. You will need to understand both front end and back end processes,
including back end-Java code that is used to serve content to the front end, and will need to take an
active role on both sides.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
