About Security and Privacy Compliance
This position will support the Security and Privacy Compliance Department with the establishment and maintenance of all compliance programs within the company including third-party audits (e.g., SOC 1, PCI-DSS, ISO27K, etc), risk assessments, or product compliance consulting projects, including AI governance. This role research on compliance requirements and will be responsible for supporting analysts and managers in performing assessments, and They will ideally be familiar with compliance, audit, project management, security, privacy, and software development lifecycle standard methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
As a Security and Privacy Compliance Associate, you will be required to coordinate, communicate, and work effectively with prospects, customers, internal process owners, internal and external auditors, and all levels of management.
You will:
- Perform supervised tasks related to security and privacy compliance assessments.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project or Program Manager.
- Assist in designing remediation with process owners.

Candidate Profile
We’re looking for fresh graduates or graduating students who are eager to start their careers in Security and Privacy Compliance with Oracle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Internal Audit, Accounting Technology, or an equivalent field.
- Basic knowledge of PCI DSS, HIPAA, data privacy, and related security policies, processes, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, PeopleSoft FDM, Oracle E-Business Suite), including relevant security and privacy standards and implementation practices, is preferred.
- Exposure to cloud environments is an advantage.
- Experience collaborating with legal teams is beneficial but not required.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
