To avail this unique opportunity, excellent command over core Java, Multi-threaded programming, proven diagnostic, debugging skills are essential. Prior experience with WebLogic server and/or web application development is desired.
Skills Required
At least 10 years of experience
Strong knowledge in core Java (e.g. JDBC, Serialization I/O, Collections)
Strong knowledge of multi-threading
Ability to understand complex code very quickly
Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technologies
Strong knowledge of Design Patterns and OOPs concepts
Strong knowledge of Operating System concepts (e.g. Linux, Windows)
Good knowledge of JEE (Servlets, JSP, XML, XSL, JMS, EJB, SOAP, WebServices), JMX, HTML, Shell Scripting and Weblogic Server.
Strong debugging skills on an IDE like JDEVELOPER or ECLIPSE
Strong knowledge of Database and SQL
Having a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Must be able to multi-task and deal with changing priorities
Excellent team player capable of working well in and across teams
Great communication skills.
Education – B.Tech/BE Computer Science/Electronics from Tier-I / Tier-II institutions.

As part of this job, you will also participate in challenging tasks like design reviews of new features in a Supportability and Maintainability advocate role. You will also be encouraged to propose and implement diagnostic tools to enable more effective problem resolution. In all aspects of job responsibilities, you will be working as a member of a team dedicated to meeting the technical challenges of responding to real-world issues on highly complex systems. In addition to product knowledge, you will gain knowledge about customer deployments.
