Role Overview

Oracle Global Service Center (GSC) is looking for a strong Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant who brings solid experience in designing, developing, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS solutions.

This role requires hands-on technical capabilities across the complete HRMS landscape along with the ability to collaborate with functional teams and global stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS technical development.
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
    • BI Publisher
    • Oracle Reports
    • Workflow Builder
    • Interfaces & APIs
  • Experience working with HRMS payroll tables and data structures.
  • Good understanding of HRMS data model.
  • Experience in R12 environment is mandatory.
  • Exposure to India Payroll or Global Payroll configurations is preferred.
  • Experience in integration with third-party systems (Payroll vendors, Banking, Benefits providers) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM (good to have).
  • Experience in HRMS statutory compliance implementations.
  • Knowledge of data migration and upgrade activities.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support customizations and extensions in Oracle EBS HRMS.
  • Work on end-to-end technical components including:
    • PL/SQL
    • Reports (RDF), XML Publisher (BI Publisher)
    • Interfaces (Inbound & Outbound)
    • Conversions
    • Forms Personalization
    • Workflow Customization
    • APIs and Open Interfaces
  • Develop and maintain HRMS-related data integrations with third-party systems.
  • Perform impact analysis, technical design documentation, and unit testing.
  • Support patching, upgrades, and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants for requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot complex HRMS issues.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and payroll regulations wherever applicable.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards.
