We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer who is a great team player and is excited to work in the team responsible to architect, design, and develop the Oracle-NetSuite product. You will have a significant role in solving complex problems by simplifying and organizing it, building solutions, validating and verifying solutions, preparing test plans and coding automated tests, and have a chance to collaborate with geographically diverse product teams.

• You will be part of the engineering team, designing, developing, and testing new product features while ensuring the ongoing functionality of existing systems, and collaborating closely with other engineering teams, product management, and UX.
• Independently/Jointly investigate, present options, review and implement completely new functionality OR re-architect an existing solution to meet growing needs.
• Design and implement solutions across the database schema, business logic, and presentation layer work.
• Apply industry best practices and established development methodologies to design, code, and deliver features and platforms with the highest levels of security, reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Analyze potential customer workflows and scenarios, investigate and reproduce customer-reported issues and resolve them as per defined service level agreements.
• Develop and execute test plans, and certify the work of peer engineers to ensure a high-quality product.
• Maintain code quality standards by writing unit, functional, performance, and scalability tests.
• Contribute to team's recruitment activities and mentor/guide junior members in the team.
• Participate in various scrum ceremonies such as Daily scrum calls, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospection and Sprint Demos.
