Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $84,500 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and forecast demand plan volumes for critical server racks (GPU, compute and storage configurations), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for server demand planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and OCI Long Range Plan for revenue growth
- Collaborate with demand planners and capacity teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and drive forecast accuracy for server & network hardware components
- Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of supply-demand imbalances, component shortages, and changes in market demand
- Partner with teams to establish and maintain inventory targets, support just-in-time or safety stock strategies, and reduce prematurely spending capital
- Prepare and present actionable reports, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership, highlighting the financial implications of demand fluctuations and supply chain decisions
- Support internal performance metrics (KPIs) and monitoring fluctuations in cost/rack, ACR/rack, attach rates, finished rack inventory, and rack utilization
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls, policies, and SOX requirements
Key Skills and Requirements:
- 8+ years relevant finance experience.
- BS/BA in Accounting/Finance preferred. CPA/MBA desired.
- Hardware demand forecasting and end-to-end supply chain financial analysis
- Experience serving as a strategic finance business partner/working cross functionally - working with procurement, planning, operations and engineering
- Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives.
- Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong analysis and research skills.
- Ability to partner across functions.
