Strategically, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive plans that optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence in delivery. You will engage with key stakeholders, manage high-stakes vendor relationships, and navigate the complexities of regulatory compliance. Your ability to anticipate and mitigate risks to datacenter delivery will be crucial in maintaining project timelines and budgets through disciplined schedule development, tracking, and proactive issue escalation. This is a high-impact role that will lead, drive, and ensure the successful management and delivery of critical initiatives on our strategic roadmap with clear ownership of schedule, milestones, and critical path execution. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across Design, Engineering and Operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to own end-to-end delivery of network and data center capacity across concurrent builds using structured project management methodologies and tools to ensure predictable outcomes.

This role will oversee data center focused projects and initiatives. Managing these construction projects well is key to the overall success of customer deliveries. You will engage directly with our Colo and LV partners’ leadership and project management teams, driving accountability and improvements to meet our customers’ needs while maintaining accurate master schedules, risk registers, and reporting mechanisms. You will also engage with internal teams to make sure we deliver the proper design and process documentation to the Colo, execute on our ISP circuit contracts, and update all internal tracking tools for handover to our operations teams at the end of the project ensuring all dependencies and handoffs are clearly sequenced and tracked.

This role on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s Data Center Infrastructure Delivery team leads end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center construction and network capacity projects, owning scope, schedule, cost, and risk across multiple concurrent builds. You’ll develop integrated master schedules and critical path plans, maintain risk registers and reporting dashboards, and proactively escalate issues to keep milestones and budgets on track. The position partners closely with design, engineering, construction, and operations to coordinate design readiness, phase gates, tenant fit-out/LV integration, commissioning, and operational handoff. It also includes executive stakeholder communication, strong vendor/contract management (including colo and low-voltage partners), budget oversight, and regular site visits to validate progress, quality, and schedule adherence.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. • Being the end-to-end leader in charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery with clear accountability for scope, schedule, cost, and risk.

• Project Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies for data center construction and network build projects to align with organizational goals including creation and maintenance of detailed integrated project schedules, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking.

• Partner with the design team to ensure design and construction are fully coordinated in advance of contracting to minimize rework, schedule slippage, and downstream risk.

• Partner with Construction team to ensure collaboration and seamless handoff with clearly defined phase gates and schedule accountability.

• Project Management: Oversee all phases of complex data center construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards through disciplined use of project management tools, structured reporting, and proactive issue resolution.

• Tenant Fit Out and LV Integration: Work closely throughout design, construction, commissioning and LV fit out to fully coordinate and integrate the separate scopes of tenant fit out projects with the overall project scope ensuring alignment to master schedule and milestone commitments.

• Vendor Management: Select, negotiate, and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success including enforcing schedule adherence and contractual deliverables.

• Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints while tracking forecast vs. actual performance.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs maintaining an active risk register with documented mitigation plans and ownership.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns through structured reporting cadences and data-driven dashboards.

• Regular project visits to ensure schedule, coordination, and quality will be required throughout the life of the project on an as needed basis to validate field progress against plan.
