Role overview

We’re seeking a passionate, user-centric Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and development of Oracle Health AI Perioperative products, with a focus on anesthesia care. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from product strategy and roadmap definition through execution and go-to-market—delivering features that help clinicians provide high-quality care for women during pregnancy and beyond.

This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and coordination across internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, UX, marketing, customer success, clinical experts, regulatory, legal, and compliance teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including owning roadmap and delivering products from concept through launch

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex user needs into clear product requirements and prioritize effectively amid competing inputs

  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and GTM teams in a highly collaborative environment

  • Strong communication skills: ability to align stakeholders and clearly articulate tradeoffs, rationale, and outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, health IT, or clinical workflows; familiarity with clinical operations in acute or ambulatory settings

  • Knowledge of healthcare privacy and compliance expectations and processes (advantageous)

  • Experience with Anesthesia workflows, especially intraoperative care

  • Experience shipping products that support clinical decision-making, documentation, or workflow automation, including AI-enabled experiences

What success looks like

  • Clinicians can complete key Anesthesia workflows more efficiently and reliably, with measurable improvements in adoption and satisfaction

  • Features launch with strong clinical usability, compliance readiness, and operational enablement

  • A clear, evidence-based roadmap is maintained, reflecting user insight, clinical safety considerations, and business impact

As a member of the product management team, you will:

  • Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for Anesthesia features based on user needs, clinical workflows, market insights, and business priorities

  • Partner closely with engineering and UX to deliver high-quality, intuitive experiences through clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Own end-to-end execution from discovery to launch: problem definition, prioritization, planning, delivery, rollout, and iteration

  • Ensure compliance and privacy-by-design in collaboration with regulatory, legal, security, and privacy partners (e.g., healthcare data protections and applicable standards)

  • Communicate product strategy and functionality to internal stakeholders and leadership with clarity and alignment on outcomes

  • Review and contribute to product documentation and collateral (e.g., release notes, enablement content, FAQs, clinical safety considerations)

  • Ensure successful product releases aligned to corporate priorities, quality bars, and readiness criteria (support, training, documentation)

  • Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics (adoption, workflow impact, quality, safety, satisfaction) to drive continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams (marketing, sales enablement, customer success) to launch features and educate customers effectively

  • Build relationships with internal teams and external customers to gather feedback, validate needs, and maintain a strong voice-of-customer loop
