The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to lead projects across organizational boundaries, and demonstrate experience championing and accelerating the adoption of modern development practices.

Role Overview:

As a Consulting Member of Technical Staff, you will play a pivotal role in building the next-generation, AI-first Electronic Health Record. You will help define and develop complex distributed and cloud-scale services, working directly with technical leads to ensure that all new capabilities are built using the right design principles and the latest engineering innovations. You will define software development best practices within your organization to develop and deploy high quality software at a rapid pace. You will identify business KPIs for your software and iteratively build impactful solutions that solve hard customer problems. You will leverageAI-assisted coding tools and “vibe coding” practices to accelerate development, increase productivity, and elevate the overall quality of our solutions.
