OAL CPQ team designs, develops, and implements Sales and Deal Management systems using Oracle CPQ Cloud and custom applications.
Job duties involve design, development, implementation, code reviews and production support. The pace of work is quick using Agile methodologies. Strong technical skills and good judgment are highly valued. Candidates must be able to work effectively independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. The ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical team members is crucial.

We are seeking a developer with strong analytical capabilities and excellent programming skills in an Object-Oriented language. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze requirements, design robust solutions, develop high-quality code, perform unit and integration testing, and effectively troubleshoot and debug applications.
Career Level - IC2
Required Skills:
- Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering, Information Technology or equivalent discipline
- 1-6 years relevant development or implementation experience
- Good programming skills in any Object-Oriented Programming language and understanding of data structure, optimization and algorithms
- Understanding of software architecture and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Co-ordination within team and across global development teams
- Self-motivation with demonstrated investigative skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English is required
Nice to have:
- Experience in Java or Java Spring Boot
- NodeJS, Knockout, JavaScript or Typescript
- OJet (Oracle JavaScript Extension Toolkit) or VBSC
- Experience in Oracle CPQ Implementation
- Oracle Applications, Fusion ERP or CRM implementation experience or SQL, PL/SQL development experience
