Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Federal Technical Manager to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across the Federal program, ensuring optimal performance across all Revenue Cycle disciplines. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with deep expertise in Oracle’s Revenue Cycle management solutions, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to drive key strategic initiatives to completion. The role will manage Revenue Cycle projects and function in a client-facing capacity, providing operational oversight necessary to ensure client expectations relating to delivery timelines and quality are met.

  • Experience working with or for multi-facility healthcare systems or large physician group management (strongly preferred)
  • Certification in Healthcare Financial Management or Revenue Cycle Management (e.g., CRCE, CRCP, CHFP) (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner Revenue Cycle solutions, including design, build, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization (strongly preferred)
  • Previous Federal Contracting experience (preferred)
  • Required travel up to 20%
  • US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of individual contributor, Director-level Revenue Cycle professionals
  • Oversee client end-to-end Revenue Cycle program initiatives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Act as client representative during internal planning and development activities
  • Help to derive new business opportunities from high level strategic engagement with Federal client leadership
  • Drive internal Oracle Health Revenue Cycle strategic engagement approach, including project prioritization, resource alignment, and client messaging
  • Strategic lead and subject matter expert on aligned Revenue Cycle projects
  • Work closely with internal teams involved in funded work efforts, including Federal Consulting, Product Management, and Support
  • Coordinate strategic planning initiatives based on project objectives and timelines
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and payer updates to proactively address potential impacts on operations
  • Direct internal Revenue Cycle product development strategy, timeline, and prioritization based on informed collaboration with Federal leadership
  • Lead client-facing meetings, acting as accountable Oracle Health representative
