Job Description – RPA Developer (UiPath) with Python & AI/ML

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework).
• Integrate Python scripts and AI/ML models with RPA workflows to build intelligent automation.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Develop reusable components, libraries, and frameworks for scalable automation.
• Work with APIs, databases, and web applications for end-to-end automation solutions.
• Implement OCR, document processing, and AI-based data extraction solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize bot performance in production environments.
• Ensure proper logging, exception handling, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to deliver automation projects.
• Maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and technical designs.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in UiPath development (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework).
• Proficiency in Python programming (data handling, automation, scripting).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML concepts (NLP, classification, prediction models).
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
• Good understanding of Excel automation and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL) and data structures.
