Position Summary | This recruitment will be used to fill multiple part-time (a maximum of 20 hours per week) Student Technical Assistant positions at OSU-Cascades in Bend, Oregon for academic year 2024-2025. Anticipated start dates dependent upon instructor needs |
Position Duties | Duties include research support through book/literature reviews and synthesis and publication research, data collection and/or analysis, and other related tasks. The Undergraduate Student Research Assistant performs routine to complex technical tasks in support of research or administrative work which includes laboratory, green house, field plot, data collection, or simple analysis. Other duties are performed specific to the funding and research topic. |

Additional Required Qualifications | Qualifications vary upon instructor needs. Must be a student enrolled in enough credit hours for student employment. Student in good academic standing. Strong written and oral communication skills. Desire to be involved in hands-on research. |
