Position Summary | This recruitment is for one part-time Student Information Technology position at OSU-Cascades, located in Bend, Oregon. This role requires in-person/on-site attendance. The Student Information Technology worker will assist in providing comprehensive IT support to all users at OSU-Cascades. ***Employment eligibility and hours are limited based on student enrollment status. Position Duties | Provide IT support through various channels, including in-person/walk-in, email, chat, or phone. Responsibilities encompass asset tracking and documentation maintenance, setting up computer workstations for faculty and staff, researching, troubleshooting, and resolving computing inquiries, and providing instructional support as required. Additionally, this role entails repairing computers, addressing operating system and application errors, and maintaining and inspecting technology systems in classrooms, meeting rooms, and boardrooms. |

Capable of working effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Displays good problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities. Possesses strong technical aptitude and knowledge of operating systems and computer hardware components. Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, and availability to work full-time over the summer term. |
