Position Summary | This recruitment will be used to fill one (1) part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Reproductive Health Student Technical Assistant position for the Student Health Services Contraceptive Care (CCARE) program and Reproductive Health services at Oregon State University (OSU). Join our team as the Reproductive Health Student Technical Assistant to play an important role in supporting the Student Health Services Contraceptive Care (CCARE) program team and Reproductive Health services at OSU’s Corvallis campus. This role is pivotal in facilitating the enrollment of eligible students into the CCARE program through collaboration with the Reproductive Health Student Outreach Assistant and by providing enrollment access at various campus locations and events. Working closely with CCARE program staff, this position will engage students in diverse settings to deliver information, support, and resources related to program enrollment procedures. The technical assistant will actively promote campus reproductive health resources, advocate for informed decision-making regarding contraceptive care, and support efforts to increase enrollment of eligible students into CCARE. Additionally, this role will contribute to developing and executing student feedback sessions focused on reproductive health at the OSU Corvallis campus, aimed at enhancing access to and utilization of resources. There are NO remote options for this position. |
Position Duties | Responsibilities Include: · CCARE Enrollment: Assist CCARE program coordinator(s) in facilitating the enrollment of eligible students into the CCARE program. · Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely entry of enrollment data into state software systems and program databases. · Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to enrollment procedures and data management. · Collaboration: Work closely with CCARE program staff and the Reproductive Health Student Outreach Assistant to streamline enrollment processes and ensure effective communication. · Documentation: Maintain organized records and documentation related to enrollment activities and student interactions. · Data Collection and Reporting: Assist in collecting feedback and data to evaluate the impact of reproductive health services and outreach efforts to improve program effectiveness. · Resource Management: Collaborate with marketing team to maintain and update informational materials, posters, digital resources related to reproductive health for distribution across campus. · Outreach and Engagement: Actively promote and raise awareness about reproductive health resources and services offered through Student Health Services and CCARE program. Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding resources and disseminate this information with students and campus partners. May assist in education sessions and workshops. |

Additional Required Qualifications | · Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively · Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse student populations · Commitment to confidentiality and sensitivity in handling patient and reproductive health information · Commitment to promoting inclusivity, equity and empowerment in reproductive health education and advocacy · Available to work the entire 2025-26 academic year (September – June) · Available to work flexible hours, committing to 15 hrs/week with afternoon and evenings on a regular basis, some weekend events (Corvallis campus) This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a Criminal History Check and be determined to be position qualified as per OSU Standard 576-055-0000 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in Youth Programs may have additional Criminal History Checks every 2 years. |
Preferred (Special) Qualifications | Preferred Qualifications: · Knowledge of reproductive health issues, including contraception methods, STIs, and sexual health · Experience working in a state registry or similar system · Experience with the CCARE program · Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with databased management systems. |
