| Position Summary | This recruitment will be used to fill five (5) part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Transcribing Data position for the School of Civil & Construction Engineering at Oregon State University (OSU). Our research team is seeking detail-oriented students to assist with transcribing handwritten mail-based survey responses into Excel spreadsheets. Most of the questions are multiple choice, and only the last question is an open question, and you need to type the comments/suggestions into the Excel. This work will directly support ongoing research in disaster preparedness and community response. |
| Position Duties | (1) Accurately transcribe survey responses from physical forms into Excel. (2) Maintain data confidentiality and ensure accuracy and completeness. (3) Follow guidelines provided for formatting and data entry |
