Position Summary | This recruitment will be used to fill one (1) part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Digital Technology – Student Assistant for the Technology and Innovation team at Oregon State University Foundation (OSU). Position Duties | In coordination with the Assistant Director, Digital Technology and other stakeholders: · Create and edit web pages using a content management system. · Build online forms for accepting donations, surveys, and other uses. · Use analytics tools and prepare reports for delivery on online user activity. · Improve website SEO including recommending changes to the website content-tagging and team processes. · Use auditing tools to optimize various digital platforms. · Working with various technology and marketing teams to implement solutions. · Staying up to date with the latest trends in digital platforms. |

Additional Required Qualifications | This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a Criminal History Check and be determined to be position qualified as per OSU Standard 576-055-0000 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in Youth Programs may have additional Criminal History Checks every 2 years. |
