Timeline:

Program Dates: Monday, June 1st, 2026 – Friday, August 7th, 2026

PGIM Investment Professional internship and full-time analyst applications open Tuesday, July 1st, 2025. All other role types open on or after Monday, August 4th, 2025. You may apply for up to three roles per recruitment season.

Within our Equity business, opportunities exist within our Asset Management and Acquisitions teams:

  • Acquisitions (Transactions) – Acquisitions analysts will be a part of a small team responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence for new acquisitions on behalf of all PGIM Real Estate’s portfolios. Build cash flow and waterfall models, Investment Committee books, sensitivity tables, rent roll analyses, comparable property sets, and other financial analyses required to evaluate, pursue, and explain acquisition/development opportunities.

  • Asset Management – Collaborate with partners, consultants, property managers and leasing brokers to manage a portfolio of operating assets, development projects, and/or repositioning projects across the risk spectrum. Drive asset performance through the execution of leasing, operational, financing, and disposition strategies.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Support the asset management team in overseeing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, including those in pre-development and development stages. Assist with communication and coordination among property managers, partners, and brokers.

  • Help review property performance reports and assist in tracking key metrics. Contribute to the preparation of summary materials and respond to data requests from internal teams.

  • Assist in evaluating new investment opportunities by supporting the analysis of acquisitions and developments across various risk profiles. Participate in due diligence activities alongside senior team members.

  • Contribute to financial modeling efforts, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and rent roll reviews, under the guidance of experienced analysts and managers.

What you’ll need:

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0

It’d be a plus if you had:

  • Finance, Economics, or Real Estate majors preferred but not required

  • Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability

  • Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Note: The salary range for this role is $30.00 to $35.00 an hour. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
