Prudential’s Communications team is a collaborative, innovative group focused on delivering clear, impactful messaging across the enterprise. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Communications Analyst who values precision and consistency but is also adaptable, curious and ready to learn.

You’ll be a utility player—publishing content across multiple channels, partnering with technical teams, and helping shape the employee experience.
As the Communications Analyst, you will act as a self-starter who’s excited about creating seamless digital experiences. You’ll manage the design and implementation of content publication and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms. You’ll also contribute to the optimization of Prudential’s intranet by spotting trends and opportunities that improve engagement and usability.
This position reports into a Sphere of Influence manager with a direct line to the Operations and Tech Enablement Vice President, giving you visibility and growth potential within the communications function.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
Manage accurate and timely publication of companywide content on platforms such as the intranet, mass email systems, online newsroom, digital signage, and media walls. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and formatting best practices.
Review content for clarity and consistency, validate links and multimedia assets, and ensure functionality and compliance with corporate and legal requirements.
Collaborate with the Communications Enablement team to align platform features with strategic goals, test new tools, and suggest improvements.
Work with the Publishing Manager to develop publishing standards, templates, workflows, and guidelines for consistent publishing.
Train and support content contributors on publishing processes and governance requirements.
Resolve technical or formatting challenges quickly, coordinating with platform administrators as needed.
Research and apply best practices in intranet management, digital content distribution, and emerging tech to keep Prudential’s communications ecosystem cutting-edge.
What you’ll need:
3+ years of experience supporting web content development, deployment and measurement.
2-3 years working with content management systems.
Familiarity with intranet platforms and their features
Working knowledge of basic web technology (HTML).
Demonstrates a high level of diligence by consistently ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of content publication and project execution.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Innovative thinker with a passion for learning and adaptability.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $70,300.00 to $116,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
