Hybrid Role (2 days on-site in Letterkenny)

PGIM Ireland are seeking to hire a Data Analyst - Process Management for PGIM Real Estate Loan Services who are responsible for the servicing and asset management of commercial loans originated by PGIM Real Estate (PGIM RE) outside of the United States. Irish hours will apply from Monday to Friday, however there is a requirement to be flexible, specifically during peak times. Hours are subject to change in line with role requirements.

What You Can Expect:

  • Cultivate both internal and external relationships to ensure proper service levels are achieved for each portfolio function

  • Reporting to internal and external stakeholders based on multiple SLA’s

  • Compilation & delivery of data across multiple platforms

  • Proactively identify & communicate trends/issues to relevant stakeholders

  • Lead and manage special projects as assigned, as well as propose and drive process enhancements and automation

  • Collaborate with multiple areas of PGIM RE to ensure the highest level of service

  • Servicing/Cash Management – Calculation of debt service, delivery of billing letters

  • Surveillance – Review of compliance certificates, calculations to confirm covenant adherence, review and analysis of property monitoring reports

  • Banking Admin - Managing multiple international bank and borrower relationships

  • Treasury – cash movements for multiple

  • Anticipate issues that may adversely affect portfolio performance and take action to reduce risks

  • Review policies and procedures and ensure consistency across the regions

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Experience in database design and maintenance

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R

  • Strong background in Data Analytics and/or Data Science

  • Ability to analyse complex datasets and identify underlying drivers of performance

  • Experience managing multiple responsibilities within tight and challenging deadlines

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (desirable)

  • Hands-on experience with automation and low-code platforms, including: Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric (Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Analytics)

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders

  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong time management capabilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of or interest in the financial services industry is desirable
