General Summary
Job description
- Focal point for Quality questions, issues and communication with assigned strategic customers.
- Coordinate customer Quality issues and communications for assigned strategic customers across all customer locations.
- Front-line customer communication channel for any Quality, reliability and manufacturing issues. Establish relationship with key customer contacts. Schedule regular visits to customer headquarters and manufacturing sites including contract manufacturing site. Daily/weekly/monthly reports and/or calls as required.
- Provide technical support to customers for better manufacturing with their products including onsite manufacturing support as needed, to reduce No Fault Found, to reduce mechanical damage, reflow issues, etc. to provide reliable trouble shooting techniques & tools.
- Support customer’s part qualification including PPAP preparation.
- Support factory audit and to be ready to travel.
- Define priority among customer corrective actions to be taken and guide implementation.
- Automotive quality understanding
- Good understanding of the key components of individual subsystems and how they are expected to interact.
- Strong semiconductor Quality experience and solid knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process.
- IC testing understanding key aspects of how IC testing is performed and how ATE test flow it correlates with system behavior.
- IC reliability – knowledge of IC reliability and symptoms of long term failures
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality function in semiconductor industry
- Minimum 1 years’ hands on customer support / customer Quality engineering
- Hands on knowledge / application of Quality tools, statistics and problem solving techniques.
- BT/Wifi system operation knowledge highly desirable
- Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
