Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or above in Communication, Electrical, Computer and related majors
- More than 3 years of work experience, with 2+ years of product development experience in autonomous driving or robotics preferred
- Excellent C++ programming skills; Familiarity with Python/MATLAB/Bazel
- AWS or cloud knowledge, as well as Foxglove as a nice-to-have
- Strong fundamentals in linear algebra, probability theory, statistics and signal processing, machine learning
- Strong technical knowledge and prior experience with multi-sensor fusion, filtering principles such as EKF/ PF, graph optimization and other related topics
- Familiarity with embedded operating systems, with experience in optimizing embedded operating systems and implementing products is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work across functional teams, ability to work with global teams and communicate effectively in English
- Familiarity with development tools: Git, Docker, ROS, …
- Leverages advanced systems knowledge and experience to design, develop, and/or validate systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions while ensuring system-level requirements and standards are met.
- Designs and implements complex software modules for products and systems
- Experience in reprocessing and KPIs
- Participates in design, coding for features, unit testing, debugging, and integration efforts to ensure projects are completed to specifications and schedules.
- Analyzes and implements complexity optimization techniques in different development platforms
- Performs code reviews and regression tests as well as triages and fixes issues to ensure the quality of code.
- Drives triage of complex problems at the system level to determine root cause and presents results of testing and debugging to internal and external stakeholders.
