About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Product Management to lead our product initiatives in the O&G and Industrial verticals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these industries, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving product success from conception to launch.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the O&G and Industrial sectors.
Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with overall business goals and market needs.
Product Roadmap: Lead the creation and management of product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to define and prioritize product features.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and validate product direction.
Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing product management team through hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure product alignment with industry standards and customer expectations.
Innovation: Drive innovation and new product development initiatives to maintain competitive advantage.
