We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to support Snapdragon Studios group in China Product Marketing team to smooth department daily operations, the person will be responsible for driving efficiency, fostering collaboration, and supporting the daily operation overall.

Responsibilities

  • Department Documentation
  • Develop and create high - quality, comprehensive documentation for various departmental processes, projects, and procedures. This includes but is not limited to process flowcharts, user manuals for internal tools, and project - specific documentation, department Sharepoint sites creation and maintenance.
  • Ensure that all documents follow a consistent format, style, and structure, making them easy to read, understand, and navigate.
  • Regularly review and update existing documentation to reflect any changes in processes, projects, or organizational structure. Ensure that all documents are current, accurate, and relevant.
  • Collaborate closely with different teams within the department. Provide training and support to team members on how to contribute to and use the document management system effectively.
  • Participate in cross - departmental initiatives related to knowledge sharing. Ensure that relevant departmental documents are shared appropriately with other departments when necessary, while maintaining confidentiality and security.
  • Department Operations
  • Work closely with cross - functional teams, including CE, R&D, and sales, to support team’s request.
  • Act as a liaison between different teams within the department. Facilitate communication, resolve minor misunderstandings, and ensure that information flows smoothly across the team.
  • Support team’s travel related arrangement etc.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the team, contributing to the continuous improvement of team’s operations promptly and efficiently.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Operations, Business Analytics, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience
  • Experience in product marketing, business analytics, sales operation, customer service, department support or a similar role within the high - tech or semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in process improvement and team coordination within an operation, marketing or related department.
  • Technical Skills
  • Proven expertise in analyzing large and complex data sets using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or other data visualization software.
  • Soft Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Ability to maintain precision in a fast - paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across departments. Ability to build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration.
  • Additional Skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.


OR

Associate's degree and 2+ years of Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or related work experience.

OR

High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of Business Administration/Management, Marketing or related work experience.
