Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree and 3+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
Associate's degree and 3+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in Electronics or related area.
- Military experience or training in electronics field (Rank E5+ 2 years).
- 4+ years of experience with digital HW, SW, and/or analog RF troubleshooting and debugging.
- 4+ years of experience in a lab environment.
- 2+ years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
- 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
- Provides organizational or development support from initial concept through completion phases of the project with minimal supervision.
- Provides support for engineers and recommendations on design approaches, layout, and parameters for large projects with minimal guidance.
- Installs, upgrades, configures, and helps operate company products and/or components based on specifications, tolerances and reliability. Monitors product performance, analyzes moderately complex failures or malfunctions, and suggests corrective action.
- Gathers, integrates, and interprets data and information from various sources and stakeholders to understand moderately complex specifications and develop solutions.
- Manages and/or executes on own project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for small to mid-sized projects.
- Collaborates with individuals inside and outside of own function to integrate projects and/or ensure changes work with other components of a specific project.
- Works independently with minimal supervision.
- Decision-making may affect work beyond immediate work group.
- Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information. May require basic negotiation, influence, tact, etc.
- Has a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is consulted by senior leadership to make key decisions).
- Tasks do not have defined steps; planning, problem-solving, and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.
