- Fully understand the software development lifecycle in an OpenSource company
- Identify opportunities where AI can create value and solve business problems
- Work on a product roadmap that outlines the AI product lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Participate in cross-functional coordination with different teams and stakeholders
- Gain user experience supporting the end to end user workflow, using the Red Hat
- OpenShift AI platform and user documentation for providing feedback
- Handle performance monitoring and optimization on internal clusters

- Deep knowledge of open-source product development, CI/CD pipelines, and quality assurance.
Erwan Granger - Director, AI Customer Adoption & Innovation
- Senior leader focused on driving AI strategy, adoption, and innovation across Red Hat's customer base.
- Background in AI product management, enterprise AI integration, and customer engagement.
- Responsible for helping customers adopt Red Hat's AI/ML capabilities, ensuring they are applied responsibly and effectively.
- As a director, he brings expertise in strategic partnerships, customer success, and innovation programs.
What plans are in place for the Trainee/Intern to participate in cultural activities while in the United States?
- The trainee will be encouraged to participate in a range of cultural activities while in the United States. These may include company-organized events, local community programs, cultural exchange activities and visits to historical and cultural sites. The goal is to provide the trainee with opportunities to experience U.S. culture firsthand, foster cross-cultural understanding, and support their personal and professional development during the training period.

- Work with the team to identify user scenarios, create testing goals, and execute on delivery of solutions
- Advanced understanding of the software development lifecycle in an OpenSource company
- Participate in cross-functional coordination with different teams and stakeholders
April - June: AI Customer Adoption & Innovation
- Work with team to review demos, manage demo environment & identify opportunities for improvement
- Work on a product roadmap that outlines the AI product lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Handle performance monitoring and optimization on internal clusters
July: Build demo for Aramco use case on RHOAI platform
- Gain user experience supporting the end to end user workflow, using the Red Hat OpenShift AI platform and providing feedback
How will the Trainee/Intern's acquisition of new skills and competencies be measured?
- Trainee will submit activity reports. In addition, the on-sight supervisor will submit a Performance Appraisal at the midpoint and conclusion of the assignment.
