  • Develop and update documentation including flow charts, slide decks, and other visuals.

  • Configure system settings and options; help with planning and occasionally executing unit, integration, and acceptance testing in conjunction with Software Engineers to meet business requirements and build resilient systems.

  • Provide validation support with each quarterly release cycle

  • Identify gaps and provide technical expertise for functional specifications, and scale new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost effective manner.

  • Manage several platform requirements and various prioritization requests from multiple stakeholders, and work with cross-functional teams to identify and raise risks and dependencies.

  • Review business processes and research new IT advancements to make systems more modern.

  • Develop a deep understanding of products/platforms and vision to help guide technical development.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business information systems, management information systems, or a related field

  • 3+ years experience working as project manager or business systems analyst in full project management lifecycle for software/maintenance/development/implementation projects

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams
